Prerecorded Hypnotherapy: Inner Child Healing

This 30 minute Hypnotherapy Recording will guide you into a soothing relaxed state where you will connect with a younger version of yourself that is wanting your attention and care. You will then receive gentle and loving messages of non-judgmental acceptance, love, and care for your inner child. This recording can be paired with your own healing practices (lighting a candle for your younger self, putting out pictures of younger you to connect). Many of us do not connect with this more vulnerable part of ourselves because of a fear of feeling; emotions may come up, and this is a normal part of your healing process.

Because connecting to your inner child can bring up intense emotion, it is encouraged that you are also engaged in ongoing emotional healing alongside this recording.
