These offerings happen several times throughout the year and are each intimate live virtual group healing spaces (with about 4-7 people). This 5 week portal is inviting all of you: your soul’s wisdom, your grief, your survival strategies, your weariness, your joy, your growth, your magic.
Whether you are in touch with these layers of yourself, all of you as you are is welcome to this journey to see what you discover.
For 5 weeks, we will meet in community with the mushrooms walking alongside us as we explore what it means to connect to our souls in a seemingly fragmented world.
We’ll call on each nature element to hold and guide us: the earth, the water, the air, and the fire. Through ritual, movement practices, journaling, sharing with each other, and breathing practices, we will cultivate a month long healing space together.

About your guides, Rachelle and the microdose medicine
Rachelle (meee, hi), found the earth medicine as healing allies 6 years ago. They opened a place inside her own consciousness of true self compassion, and allowed her to revere her body as a sacred place of nature.
Rachelle now supports people in entering, visiting, or deepening their relationship with the earth medicine in different ways. She believes they have their own consciousness, and are beings that give consent and can call on someone to work with them in one’s healing journey.
Microdosing has served as a beautiful doorway to this relationship if one feels hesitance, socially conditioned stigma, or just wants to enter the relationship lightly.

This 6 week healing circle series is for femme identifying folks that feel a call to reclaim more power, pleasure, and feelings of connection in their bodies and their lives. This circle is crafted for those that have experienced childhood sexual abuse.
Healing after painful experiences doesn’t have to be intense, or heavy - it can happen through experiencing supportive spaces, techniques that support your nervous system and body in wiring around life rather than survival, and being in community where painful experiences of abuse are not a source of stigma or shame.
In this 6 week virtual circle, we will come together to share, to envision the possibilities of life that can happen when past pain doesn’t define you, and to explore practices that support your nervous system, brain, body, and spirit in feeling more free to be present with your life, your body, and your power, and explore tools and practices to traverse the trauma, grief, and pain that arise.
This circle will be intimate with only 5 spaces available so that there’s plenty of space for each person who’s called to join. If you are 1 of these people I am honored to walk alongside you for this journey.
